Fin-Forming Machine Production Line: Exported to Brazil
The machines were confirmed built to specification, packed and shipped to Brazil. The client received a first-hand visual record of the entire process — from the production line to the container — giving them confidence in an order placed from overseas.
Project background
A Brazilian client ordered a fin-forming machine production line from a Chinese manufacturer and asked us to manage the order through to export — confirming that the machines were built, verified and packed for shipment.
Because the client was buying from overseas without visiting the factory in person, they wanted an independent record of the production line in operation and the finished machines ready to leave the factory.
What we did
We documented the production line and the export preparation on video and photograph, covering:
- Workshop environment — machining, assembly and painting areas;
- Tooling and fixtures used in fin-forming machine assembly;
- Finished machines built and verified against the order;
- Export packing — each unit prepared and secured for container loading.
The footage was compiled into a short visual record so the client could follow the order from the production line to the packed, export-ready state.
