Folding Houses: Exported to Brazil

A Brazilian client importing prefabricated folding houses asked us to manage the order through to export — confirming the finished units were complete, correctly assembled and ready to ship.

Fold-away modular buildings are assembled and folded at the factory, so we had to confirm both the expanded form and the folded, transport-ready state before the units left for Brazil.

We verified the units on site before export, checking:

• Structural integrity of the expanded house;
• Finish and fit of panels, edges and openings;
• Completeness of the order against the packing list;
• Folded state to confirm each unit collapses correctly for container loading.

Export preparation was recorded on video so the client could review the assembly and folding process remotely before the units were shipped.

The units were confirmed complete and correctly assembled, folded for container transport and shipped to Brazil. The client approved the shipment with video evidence of both the expanded and folded states.
