Valves: Manufactured in China and Exported to Uzbekistan
The valves were confirmed produced to specification and packed for export to Uzbekistan. The client received a complete photographic record of the production and export preparation, giving them confidence in the order before it shipped.
Project background
A client in Uzbekistan ordered a batch of valves from a Chinese manufacturer and asked us to manage the order through to export to Uzbekistan — confirming the goods were produced to specification and packed for shipment.
Valves are pressure-critical components, so the client wanted an independent record of the production and the finished, export-ready goods before they left the factory.
What we did
We documented the production and export preparation with photographs, covering:
- Production — the valves being machined, assembled and finished;
- Quantity verification against the order;
- Specification and finish of the finished valves;
- Export packing — each crate prepared and secured for shipment to Uzbekistan.
The photographs were compiled into a visual record so the client could follow the order from production to the packed, export-ready state.
